Cooperation terms:

  1. We cooperate with shops and online stores (b2b). We do not want to compete with our customers and therefore do not sell our goods to end consumers.
  2. We require a copy of your business registration certificate to open a wholesale account.
  3. After registration our manager will shortly get in touch with you so we can better understand your business and answer any questions you may have about our products and cooperation terms.
  4. After authorisation you will be able to see wholesale and recommended retail prices
  5. We ask our customers to keep our pricing confidential.
  6. Orders can be placed via the website. Once placed, your account manager will send you an invoice and contact you to finalise the order.
  7. Please advise if you require goods for a specific date/event.
  8. The minimum order value is £80/ 100.00/400 zl net, and is always subject to pre-authorisation.
  9. Please report any shortage or factory-defective merchandise within 7 days.
  10. Prior authorisation is required before returning merchandise.
  11. All product prices listed exclude applicable delivery costs or VAT.
  12. The monetary amounts stated in relation to any applicable discounts are calculated excluding the cost of VAT or delivery.

 

The offered products are intended for use by adults and children over 12 years of age.

Discounts:

 Orders above the following size will gain these discounts:

  • £400/ 500/ 2,000zl net      - 5%   discount on ScrapBerry’s and Hobby & You brands
  • £600/ 750/ 3,000zl  net    - 7%   discount on ScrapBerry’s and Hobby & You brands
  • £750/ 1,000/ 4,000zl  net - 9%   discount on ScrapBerry’s and Hobby & You brands
  • £1300/ 1,800/ 7,500zl net - 12% discount on ScrapBerry’s and Hobby & You brands

 

  • When the interval between orders does not exceed a Period of 45 calendar days, we will apply a discount of 4% for ScrapBerry's and H&Y products.

 

In Addition 

Any credit card orders that result in a discount of 5% or more will be charged 2% credit card fees 

Only ScrapBerry’s and Hobby & You brands are considered for order value discounts

There are No Discounts applied on Card Stock

All applicable discounts are stated excluding delivery costs/shipping

Payments

Orders can be paid by bank transfer or by card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Shipment

We send 90% orders within 48 business hours of receiving the payment. 

We reserve the right to have a longer time if there are a lot of orders. The delivery time is usually 2-7 working days inside the EU and up to 10 days when we send outside the EU.

Returns & Damages

- Shortage or Factory defective goods must be reported to us within 7 days.

- Pre-Authorisation is required prior to returning any goods.

- A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on all pre-authorised returns for reasons other than damaged goods. Shipping fees are not refundable.
